Shareholding structure
Gas Energy SA focuses all activities on providing the services of consultancy and advisory of Gas Energy Participações, the holding company of the group.
The three companies involved to Gas Energy SA are: Gas Energy Chemicals, GELA Participações LTDA, and Gas Energy Tecnologia, which are structures that exist in order to facilitate and optimize the operational nature of consultancy activities at clients located in other Latin American countries and in specific projects involving distinguished partnerships.
The other company controlled by the holding company is South Energy Participações Societárias, which operates in the field of business development and has a staff structure and management mechanism that are totally independent of the consulting arm of the Group.
