Governance
The governance model of Gas Energy is oriented so as to transfer to the client the utmost synergy, resulting from the expertise of the company’s executives.
In this model, the central figure is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), whose function is always guided by a Board of Directors and supported by an Executive Committee, which acts under his leadership.
The Executive Committee is the heart of the company, and it is the forum for strategic decisions and which has its main focus on improving quality service for Gas Energy costumers and promoting the development and growth of the Gas Energy. Technical, commercial, administrative and financial teams provide this flow, which is always aimed to improve customer service.
